Alex Sykes and Wanda Sykes
Wanda Sykes was previously married to Dave Hall for seven years before meeting Alex Niedbalski (now Alex Sykes) on a ferry in 2006. In the same year Wanda came out as a lesbian, the couple got married. Her public coming out took place during a same-sex marriage rally in Las Vegas in 2008.
In 2009, the couple welcomed twins, Olivia Lou and Lucas Claude, who are bilingual, speaking both French and English. Sykes has built an impressive acting career, known for her voice roles as Stella in Over the Hedge and Granny in Ice Age: Continental Drift and Collision Course.
