Sem knew he couldn’t let this continue any longer. He had to intervene, no matter what. With determination, he grabbed the iPad from Pipa’s hands and held it high above his head, hoping to snap her out of it.
Pipa slowly raised her head, her eyes locking onto Sem with an expression that sent a chill down his spine. Without warning, she leapt from the bed, swiftly snatching the iPad back from his hands with surprising force.
